In winter you can refresh yourself by taking a dip directly from the sauna into the pond in the yard. Fishing opportunities are available all year round – in addition, you can fish directly from the yard’s own pond in both summer and winter. Own rowing boats located on two different bodies of water offer the opportunity for peaceful rowing and fishing.

The yard offers a wonderful setting for spending time together and experiencing things. In summer, you can play volleyball and badminton in the yard, as well as croquet, mölkky and petanque, and the new sport Corn-hole. A spacious log cabin for about 20 people invites you to relax by the fire, the lakeside sauna offers relaxing steam baths and the versatile games room offers activities for all ages. In the approximately 60 m² games room, you can challenge your friends to billiards, table tennis, table curling or even traditional table games (ice hockey and football). The area has an 18-hole frisbee golf course and, as a novelty in 2025, Landegolf – a fun and approachable sport that is also played on an 18-hole course. You can also use the recently completed Tinttilä lean-to nearby, where you can go on trips to roast sausages or even spend the night in the heart of the forest. For those interested in hunting, there is an opportunity to hunt small game within the framework of hunting laws and seasons.

There is a small gym in the barn building in the courtyard, which is mainly used in the summer season. In the summer, barn accommodations are suitable for use, providing additional sleeping space for up to 13 people – an excellent addition for larger groups or for organizing summer camps.

The main building of approximately 100 m² offers comfortable and functional spaces for staying: a large, warm living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a toilet and an electric sauna guarantee a comfortable stay. Air-source heat pumps ensure a suitable temperature in the main building and games room. In addition, you have free WiFi, so you can stay connected during your holiday if you wish.
